Mary has been a devoted member of the dental profession for over 30 years. She joined Artistic Dentistry, then known as Catlina Dental, in 1992 alongside her father, a retired dentist, and has continued her journey with the team ever since. In May 2024, Mary transitioned to a remote role from Dallas, Texas, bringing her vast experience and continued passion for dentistry to support the practice in a broader capacity.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona (1991) and has completed certifications through the Pride Institute (1997) and the Schuster Institute (2008). Her leadership is marked by a deep commitment to creating a personalized and comfortable patient experience, emphasizing that every individual deserves attentive, customized care.

Working closely with exceptional doctors and a highly trained team, Mary finds fulfillment in helping change lives through quality dentistry. She is proud to contribute to an environment where compassion and clinical excellence go hand in hand.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys playing pickleball and spending quality time with her family. She has three adult children living in Denver, Tucson and Nashville and currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with her sister’s family and four beloved dogs.

Adrina serves as our Financial Manager and brings a wealth of experience to the practice, having first joined in 2012 and returning to Artistic Dentistry in 2024. Her background in various areas of dental operations makes her a valuable asset to both patients and the team. Adrina supports our practice by coordinating treatment plans, managing insurance processes and offering guidance to team members to ensure a smooth and effective front office experience.

She is passionate about working alongside highly trained professionals who share a dedication to exceptional patient care. Inspired by the practice’s use of advanced technologies and innovative procedures, Adrina takes pride in contributing to an environment where quality and compassion go hand in hand. She also believes in celebrating the team’s accomplishments to boost morale and maintain a culture of excellence.

Outside of work, Adrina cherishes time with her husband and daughters. Together, they enjoy discovering new places and sharing unique culinary experiences.

Darcey became part of our team in February 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with an emphasis in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University, graduating summa cum laude. Darcey is passionate about fostering a positive and supportive office culture where everyone feels like family.

She contributes by ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. Her clear and effective communication helps everything flow smoothly between the staff and patients. Outside of work, Darcey enjoys hiking in Sedona, baking and watching football — especially cheering for her favorite team, the Seahawks!

Lora joined Artistic Dentistry in September 2024, and brings decades of experience and dedication to patient care. She holds numerous certifications, including Arizona dental radiography (1998), dental assisting and anesthesia (2007), and a degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Phoenix College. Lora also earned a laser certification in 2019.

Lora is deeply passionate about dentistry and service. Since beginning her career in 1998, she has continuously sought growth and fulfillment in the dental field. Following graduation, she traveled to Guatemala to provide hygiene care through a humanitarian foundation, an experience that strengthened her clinical skills and commitment to helping underserved populations.

She values working with a team that prioritizes patient care and strives for excellence. Outside of work, Lora enjoys swimming, doing martial arts with her children and spending time with her three dogs.

Isaac has been a valued dental assistant at the practice since August 2016. He graduated from PMI in 2011 and has since dedicated himself to delivering exceptional dental care through teamwork, compassion and clinical excellence.

Isaac is passionate about helping patients achieve their dream smiles and takes pride in providing top-quality work. He supports patient success through detailed education, clear communication and a calming presence during treatment. Isaac ensures each patient understands their care plan and feels confident throughout their visit.

Outside of the office, Isaac enjoys cycling and working out. He is a proud father of two sons, Isayah and Elias, and comes from a large family with six sisters and two brothers.

Kim joined our team in December 2023 and brings a strong background in dental care and leadership. An Army veteran, she studied at the Arizona Institute for Dental Professionals and holds a Bachelor of Health Administration Management. Kimberly enjoys being part of a team that feels like family.

Her responsibilities include keeping programs organized, communicating with staff and patients and helping the practice stand out from competitors. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, movies and hiking. Her favorite dental procedure is oral surgery.

Janet joined our team in October 2021. With a diverse and well-rounded background, Janet was trained as an international dentist and graduated from UAN in 1998. She later completed a Dental Assistant Training Program in Arizona in 2020 and has additional experience working in a dental lab.

Janet is passionate about helping patients regain their confidence and trust through compassionate care. She loves supporting individuals on their journey to smile again and brings a calm, knowledgeable presence to every patient interaction. By offering her experience and understanding, she helps make the dental process easier and more comfortable for everyone.

Outside of work, Janet enjoys staying active by participating in sports such as karate, kickboxing and tennis.
